The Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) is a star rating system that rates the energy efficiency of a home, based on its design.
Through our sustainability-minded engineering, we can help save on energy bills by improving the thermal performance of your home. With factors like building orientation, insulation, window glazing, shading, etc, we can improve the efficiency of your proposed or existing home, reducing heating and cooling costs through smart design choices.
Establishing minimum standards for all new dwellings, alterations and additions, the Building Sustainability Index (BASIX) is set as a planning regulation that sets percentage reduction targets for greenhouse gas emissions and water usage.
With our fully trained and accredited BASIX assessors, we provide assistance in improving the thermal comfort of your home, saving you energy, water, and money by reaching maximum savings and minimal energy consumption.
